The Medicine of the Andes

The year 2020 brought many challenges and obstacles globally, and I, facing my own existential crisis questioning whether from here on, I would continue being a therapist or if I should open myself to transformation into other facets of life.
Amongst these vicissitudes and tribulations, there appeared, in a very synchronous and mysterious manner, my first contact with the culture and philosophy of the Q’eros, through Diana Dokos, founder of the Bodhi Bridge Foundation, who learned from various teachers of The Four Winds school and from Q’eros people. Diana appeared in a sacred economy circle of which I was a part at that time to offer us, without asking for anything in return, a transformation session with this knowledge of the Q’eros, to level up in my life and begin the path of transformation, and clearly, I did not hesitate to accept her offer.
This first session was curious and transformative; I had never before received a distance energy session, nor had I ever tried to blow into an imaginary stone in my hands. The first thing I understood from this session was how difficult it is to explain in words the work and potential of these shamanic sessions*, and how powerful these tools are for channeling transformation processes.
That first session was enough to set in motion several transformative processes that had been wanting to activate within me for years, as well as introducing me to ancestral wisdom, which sounds almost futuristic, presenting concepts such as the dynamics of dramas, trauma imprints, lineage epigenetics, right relationship, among many others, which to this day are the essence of my day-to-day philosophy.
The impact was such that I immediately felt drawn to learning how to give these sessions, mainly because my goal was to learn a new therapy each year, and although at that point, I didn’t quite know what I was getting into and money seemed to be an obstacle, something inside me, my soul, urged me to keep going, and that’s when I decided not only to start the process of learning this technique but also to NEVER again allow money to be an obstacle between me and what I wanted.
The training took place throughout the year 2021, and I committed to it without knowing the profound action I was undertaking. In the first module of the training, I realized that I was being received by an ancestral lineage, that I was becoming the ambassador of a wisdom and medicine that had patiently awaited for years, in the icy peaks of South America, to emerge and spread in the world at the precise moment.
This process throughout its duration was a highly transformative one; it allowed me to rid myself of those electromagnetic imprints of trauma that I carried from my life and my ancestors, it allowed me to do shadow work that would free me from the chains preventing my life from changing, that would allow me to receive gifts I had been seeking for a long time, that would facilitate welcoming parts of my soul that had separated from me since youth, and that would turn me into a conscious creator.
Upon receiving this knowledge and wisdom, I felt that I found balance in my life, as if I could finally stand on two legs again, yoga and shamanism.
The year 2022 was a year of putting into practice all the knowledge obtained, and from the year 2023 onwards, I have dedicated part of my service to offering these transformative sessions to those who come along the path in need of receiving them.
Thanks to the Q’eros, to the serpent of the South, to the jaguar of the East, to the hummingbird of the North, to the eagle and condor of the West, to Pachamama and to Taita Inti, the path towards self-mastery was materializing. Aho.
